All of our repeat prescriptions are on the computer and all patients who are on long term treatment will have a copy of these attached as a tear off slip when they collect their prescriptions. A review date is also printed on the slip to remind you when your doctor needs to review your medication.
Please do not ask the doctor for a repeat prescription during an ordinary consultation if your medication review is not due yet.

Please remember to tick the medication you require and please allow 72 hours between ordering and collecting your prescription.
We are no longer a dispensing practice.
